Same Day Delivery Guarantee:
We guarantee same day delivery within our delivery area (within 25miles of our warehouse) on any in stock mattress set. You must decide on the set by 11am and be able to accept the mattress set as late as 8pm that same evening.

110% Low Price Guarantee:
If you find a lower price on an identical item from any local competitor, we will match that price and give you an additional discount equal to 10% of the difference.

Missed Delivery:
There will be an additional delivery charge if there is no one at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window. (Delivery service starts at $59.99)

Return Policy:
You may return any pillow set, sheet set, mattress protector, steel bed frame, or any other non-special order item that has not yet been opened, within 30 days of original purchase to receive a full refund. Any mattress set that has been received is considered used bedding and cannot be returned. Special orders cannot be refunded once the product has been ordered.

Mattress Warranties:
Warranties are always through the manufacturer. In the event that you have a warranty issue with your new set, it must be resolved through the manufacturer. We will help facilitate this service, but we have no direct control over warranty service or decisions. In the event that there is a warranty claim, it is the customer’s responsibility to get the product back to the dealer for inspection or shipment back to the manufacturer. As a convenience service to our customers, we do have in-home warranty inspection and pickup service available. (Starting at $59.99)

Comfort Guarantee:
Between 21 and 30 days after purchase, you may exchange your mattress set once towards another set of equal or greater value. Your full purchase amount will be applied towards the new set. The offer is void if the original mattress shows any damage or stains, or if there is any indication of smoke. This offer does not apply to special order items or adjustable bases.
